2012ナパの収穫終了！

11月上旬、無事にナパのヴァレーフロアの収穫が終わったみたいです。

栽培農家さんはこれで一区切り。

でもワイン造りは、これから眠れないほど忙しくなるのだそうです！

ZahtilaのLauraがちょっと、愚痴ってました。

like parents of a newborn infant, we fuss over them, work 16 hours straight every day to ensure the process is going smoothly, are sleep deprived and achey from all the work - but it's all worth the effort.  7 days a week for 16 hours each day we are slaves to fermentation!!! 

ぷふ。

嬉しい悲鳴なんでしょうね～。

2012ヴィンテージは、超期待大ですね！
