ROBERT BIALE ZINFANDEL BLACK CHICKEN 2010

　「カリフォルニアを代表するジンファンデル・スペシャリスト」と、R.パーカー氏に言わせたロバート・ビアレ（Robert Biale)のジンファンデル。第５回ナパ・ソノマ飲み合宿で、初めて訪問した際買いつけて参りました！しかも２本・・・。

　まず1本目の感想から。

　残念ながら、テイスティングの時ほど、スパイシーさや果実味が感じられず、フロア（平坦地）ならではのおとなしい、サラッとした感じの口当たりになってしまいましたね・・・。

　アルコール15.8%と高いので、Big＆Hotなジンファンデルを期待すると、良い意味で裏切られます。上品かつエレガントなジンファンデルです。

　先に頂いたRavenswoodのジンファンデルよりは、厚みがありましたけど・・・。【関連記事】

　ジンファンデルのビッグでジャミーな感じが苦手な方には、ぴったりの1本かもしれません・・・。
